[Livebox] Orange Livebox not synchronized

Hello,
I started this morning with my father and my brother on the exciting adventure of setting up the Orange Livebox (a Sagem). Everything was going well until the line test. At that point, it says "The livebox is not synchronized." What do you think? Does that mean our Re-Adsl line is not activated? I will try to call Orange tomorrow, but I would like to get some informed opinions on the matter.

I'm also having this synchronization problem. So to avoid the same questions:
- Yes, I have set all my filters
- My livebox is not worn out or broken since I received it last week
In fact, when I go to diagnostics (in the dialog box at the beginning of the connection), everything is fine except for this message:
"Diagnostic error, Your livebox is not synchronized"
I want to emphasize that the internet is working fine otherwise, and I'm wondering if there isn't an IP address issue behind this.
Consequences: my download is not progressing, and ESPECIALLY: I can't access XBOX Live, which is a shame since I bought it for that!
