Foreign and non-French channels

Solved

Hello,
I'm allowed to ask a quick question, I hope I'm in the right place...
Here is my problem:
I live in Brittany, and with the heavy storms we've had in the last few days, my flat OPTEX model OPT 260 satellite dish has moved a bit and I've lost the signal.
I quickly adjusted it as soon as we had nice weather, but the problem is that I can no longer receive any French channels; I only get German, English, and Arabic channels, so there's a small issue with language compression.
However, my reception seems fairly good, with a green signal and a strength of 66.
Thank you for helping me if anyone has a little idea to solve my problem.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to address my issue

    it's an SFR bouquet

For you, is it just a bad orientation of the antenna?

But when I try to change the orientation, I end up with a very bad signal. With the last adjustments, I have a correct signal but I find myself with the channels "channel new" etc., W9, TF1 M6 but Swiss, and the latter have reception problems.

It's simple; if these HD channels, tailored for the Swiss market, are detected, it means the satellite dish is misaligned as it should be aimed at the EUTELSAT 9 at 9° East. Therefore, the dish needs to be adjusted back towards the east, by about 10°.

Hello, I'm not responding to your problem because I don't know, but if you don't have the TV anymore, you can watch it, while waiting to be fixed, on your PC (or on your TV by connecting it to the PC with an HDMI cable for example) by downloading the ZedTV software that works with VLC to download if you don't have it on your PC.

The flat antenna was originally pointed at which satellite, what is the reference of the satellite demodulator or failing that which bouquet... Presumably a misalignment, pointing close to another nearby satellite.

The Arabic and Italian channels are on Hot-Bird 13° and the German channels (and C+) are on Astra 1 at 19°, while all the French channels on Fransat are on Eutelsat 5WA 5°W, and all the English channels are on Astra 2 at 28°E, so it's hard to say what orientation...

It's a Sagemcom demodulator, it must have been on Astra before I think.
I adjusted the antenna based on the signal I had on the TV and I did the same this time and it's not working like it did last time.
