Recording lectures in the amphitheater

Hello,

I just bought a Sony Xperia Tablet Z 32GB. I purchased it to record my professors during their lectures at university. Which software should I use to record audio? I tried Easy Voice, but the sound is not audible. Could you please advise me?

      Indeed, I think the sound would be great with this parabolic microphone. Unfortunately, it's too cumbersome for me. I would need to hire help to carry it, lol. I will try with a microphone.

      I just wanted to record the class in audio. I'm being suggested Audacity. I'll give it a try.

      Thank you for your response. I had thought about it, and as my username indicates... with the left arm. The tablet was supposed to allow me to put all my courses (already written) on my tablet and avoid carrying everything. On some forums, it was said that many students use their tablets and that it works well. However, unfortunately, it didn't specify how!!!
