Lost phone at home on silent mode

Solved

Hello,

I lost my phone since Monday, at home. I used SFR's geolocation, it gives me a location within 500m, so it's useless. I have no GPS on it, nothing. I only use it to make phone calls, receive calls, send and receive SMS/MMS.

It's an LG Optimus L3.
It's in silent mode and I can't remember where it is.

Is there a way to get more precise geolocation? Like telling me to look in a specific room, more to the right or to the left?

I'm open to all possible solutions!!!
Thanks a lot!!

    Hi

    The only solution I see.

Get yourself a portable speaker (or a PC speaker, something like that), which you will turn on and carry around your house while you try to call your cell phone.

Normally, a cell phone that accesses the network produces characteristic interference in a speaker that you should hear if you get close to it within 1 or 2 meters.

As for those fierce soldiers, I say, it's not to snitch,
but they just roar in our fields.

A wireless radio, can it work?
I will try it tonight, but I feel like this phone doesn't produce any interference; I use it in front of my computer, in front of the TV, in front of the radio, and there's never any interference...

      Can a wireless radio work?

      I think so, yes.

I’ll try it tonight, but I feel like this phone doesn’t produce interference; I’m on the phone in front of my computer, in front of the TV, in front of the radio, and there’s never any interference....

Well, that’s too bad, but it’s worth a shot anyway.

Isn't there a way to do it like in the movies? A precise geolocation?? lol
I know it's a bit much, but if there's a way, what wouldn't I do to find that guy?

      No way.

Don't despair, if you turn your whole apartment upside down, you'll eventually find it.

Cleaning thoroughly is the best solution, dusting between the sofa seats, underneath the sofa, under the sink, everywhere everywhere. It's already great to do a big clean, but by doing this, you’re sure to find it again. Good luck!

If after searching your whole place for 2 days you still haven't found your phone, maybe it's not at home, right?

he's at my place, I made a phone call on Monday around noon, I tossed my phone somewhere and ran to open the front door, 2 hours later I needed it to call and there's been no sign of life to this day

You're not actually going to buy a new phone while the old one is still at home.

You need to get back to a systematic search.

By calling in the dark, a silent phone produces a visible light.

I'm checking in! Just in case it helps someone
So it turned up this morning by pure chance... I even have a new loan phone from SFR (they're super helpful in this regard since the loan phone is free and really comes in handy)
It was in the foldable mattress carpet of my little one, it was actually inside the cover, that’s why I didn't find it, and it was my partner who found it while tidying up this morning, he told me there was something moving around inside when he touched it
No more silent mode and thanks to everyone

Thank you for the feedback. :-)

And I would have learned that SFR provides loan phones in case of loss.

To geolocate a mobile phone from a PC, do you need to have installed or configured something beforehand?

Also, geolocation is rarely accurate to the exact meter, right?

Well, I don't know, I only use it to make calls and send messages. If something like that exists on LG, I'd be happy to learn how to use it to find it.

What kind of phone is it? A smartphone?

I would ask the same questions if I wanted to locate a third party who may not want to be found.
