Hello, I am new to the forum and I need your help.

I can no longer access smart TV on a Philips 32PFL5507H/12 television even though it is connected to the home network (and indicated as such).
A message says "Philips server not found - please try again later."
Does anyone have a solution to suggest?

    Hello,

    I invite you to try the following procedure:

    1) Reinstall the TV

    - Press the Home button
    - Select [Setup] > [TV Settings] > [Reinstall TV], then press the OK button.
    - Follow the on-screen instructions.

    2) Update the software

    Reinstall the update by clicking on the following link, where you will find the installation instructions (only for model 32PFL5507H/12).

    3) Try using your Smart TV again

      Hello, I have the same problem with my Philips 32 PFL 7665H/12, I've tried several solutions but nothing works... Here are the references: serial number VN3F1107027060 and the Ethernet number is 18:8e:d5:00:4e:e3. Thank you in advance for your help. ;)
