Question

Hello,

I am trying to play Candy Crush on my tablet, but every time I open the app and try to connect, I get the following message: THE GAME DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS to the kingdom. Please try again later. It didn't used to do this. Because of this, I can no longer share lives with my Facebook friends.
Thank you for your advice.

To sync Candy Crush Soda or Saga with Facebook on the SIII, you just need to go to Settings, then Developer options, and disable the (green) Developer option button. For me, that's the only way; no more issues, it works!

I had the same problem.

I was always playing on PC and when I wanted to continue on my smartphone, I always received this blocking message.
I had to activate my 3G connection (mobile data) and not Wi-Fi.
After that, I synchronized and the message no longer appeared.

As for the tablet, I don't know. I have one but I don't have 3G.

Candy Crush and other games use every means possible to gather information about you in order to sell it to advertisers. That’s why you are asked to activate the 3G connection, which allows for more precise localization of your mobile phone or tablet than through your computer.

If you are concerned about the security of your information, think before installing the trendy game (e.g., Flappy Bird, a paid application whose success only happened thanks to fake reviews generated by bots) before they are installed and you get your device's content stolen.

false... I tried and the levels already completed are lost...

Impossible, your account is stored on their servers, so you don't lose your progress by uninstalling/reinstalling the app, whether it's on a smartphone, tablet, or even on Facebook; this applies to all Facebook games, by the way.

Normally they delete your data if you haven't reinstalled the app after more than 6 months.

I have had this problem in the past. I had to uninstall the Candy Crush Saga app to download it a second time. The issue is that I had to start from scratch. It's not as fun as it used to be. So, I decided to keep playing on my PC. Have a good day.

Hi, I had the error that I couldn't connect to the kingdom. I found this out since I was playing on a tablet and I always advanced my hours to have 5 lives. I decided to return to the normal day time and I could connect and update the one on Facebook.

Good evening,
I have scoured the internet far and wide to find a solution to my problem... in vain... Nothing works!
I have a Galaxy J1, I play Monster Legends and I have a problem similar to yours! Tel Neuf, the game works perfectly for a week! Then at the end of June, there was an update of the Play Store and an update of Monster Legends... since then, I can access the game... either I see my game but can't click on anything... or a message appears saying "something went wrong, please try again..."! Same thing through the Facebook account with my MacBook.
I have reset the mobile several times... switched between 4G, 3G, or directly to WiFi via my SFR box... nothing... cleared the caches of everything... the data... removed my Google account and added it back... uninstalled the Monster Legends app, then reinstalled it... deleted my updates from the store, etc., etc., etc... followed all the tutorials possible... This is not a nervous breakdown, to quote one of you above... but it’s the APOCALYPSE!!! I’ve sent around thirty emails to all platforms... the game developers... etc., etc., etc... as you can see... from all the doors I have knocked on... none have opened or given me even a real hint of a solution!!!
I’m calling for a Big Help, otherwise, it’s the rope!!! LOL... aerf

Hello,
I had the problem and couldn't find the answer online.
I figured it out on my own, so I'm writing this for anyone who might be in the same situation I was:
I have a tablet and I have the Candy Crush app. However, to go on Facebook, I use a browser (not the Facebook app).
Since some mentioned "synchronization," I installed the app and logged in with my account. I went back to Candy Crush and it worked; it connected to my account by synchronizing with the Facebook app :)
