Hello, I was in the process of creating a YouTube thumbnail, and when I tried to save it, there was no PNG format anymore! Does anyone know if it’s a bug or a configuration issue?
ps: I’m on Photoshop CC

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 32.0.1700.76

Thank you for your reply but I found what was not right: it was enough to select RGB mode in image > mode > RGB. Thanks to you anyway!

Same problem as you, except that I’m already in RGB… strange!

I might have a tip for you: First go to the Control Panel on your PC

Then go to Folder Options, once done go to the View tab.

Then: If the box "Hide extensions for known file types" is checked, uncheck it.

Next. On the photos or files you want you will see, for example: Vacation image in white. Just after the name of the photo or the thumbnail you add ".png" or "jpg" depending on your choice. Be careful not to do this on other things than images.

You can also right-click on your photo, Properties, Edit and select what you want to open your thumbnail with.

    I hope this helps.
