Red Howler Black Flag

Hello :)
I'm reaching out to you because I have a little problem... I want to get the hunter outfit, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm at 87% in full sync, but I've never seen a red howler. I checked the forums and they say it's on Isla Providencia, but there's no sign of it :( could you please help me?

The island Islas Provencias.. Unlocked at sequence 8 memory 3, and the red howler can be found "rarely", it is not marked on the map. Happy hunting everyone! ;)

I checked, and yes, the icon appears on the map, but I don't know if it appears later or not after the chapter. The monkeys are located in the forest, like a path that goes behind the house and leads to the ammunition depot. By going back and forth in this forest corridor and using eagle vision, you can easily spot them.
