[PC] Assassin's Creed Black Flag: Remove Kenway's Fleet

Hello everyone,

Here is my issue, I started playing AC Black Flag on my cousin's account on a different PC than the one he plays on. But unfortunately, his Kenway fleet is the same on this PC... I tried to play offline: fleet inaccessible, and by disabling synchronization, the fleet is still there...

Help?
