Slow downloads on launchers. Solved

Question

Hello, my download speed is often around 1 MB/s, no matter what, except on game launchers for installations; for example, I want to install TERA, and I’m downloading at 60 KB/s.
I would like to know what causes this, thank you for your responses.

P.S.: I am on Ethernet.

Problem solved, basically I had set a maximum bandwidth limit on the launcher, so I set it to unlimited and I'm now getting 2 MB/s.

The download speed also depends on the speed of the file provider in question.

Yes, that's fine, but it happens on any launcher, whether it's a very well-known game where the speed should be normal or a slightly less known game; I've tested a lot of games.

Here, for example, I downloaded 4% of a 20 GB game in 7 hours, even though I have a good connection. I calculated that it will take me about 45 hours to download 20 GB.
