Epic Games launcher offline connection issue

Hello, I have a problem with my Epic Games launcher.
When I launch it, it tells me that I am not logged in with my account but in offline mode (Capture 1). So I try to log in and nothing happens, as if I hadn't done anything. After several attempts, it shows me a message (Capture 2) about a connection problem. I think it's just a server issue and I just need to be patient because I believe there was the same problem with GTA 5 when it was free on the Epic Games Store.
