Here's my problem: when I import a video into Premiere, it shows "uniformisation" at the bottom, and once finished, a red cross appears at the bottom right. my file has neither sound nor image and crashes my Adobe when I try to put it in the timeline.
Can you help me please

    Audio file normalization can take up space on your computer. Maybe you no longer have space and that prevents Premiere Pro from normalizing the audio.
    Go to Edit > Preferences > Media and choose another location for cached media files (avoiding the C drive, which may be full).

      Thanks for your reply, I was in trouble and like a dumbass and yes, more space on the hard drive... that’s a good one :D
