Okay, I found the battery, I took it out, looked at it, and put it back, but I can't turn it on. I charged it, the orange light comes on for a while, but it doesn't turn green. If you could advise me?

I think it's a hardware issue; it would be better to submit this problem to customer service if it's still under warranty. If the PC is no longer under warranty, a local repair technician can probably fix it. Still, remember to ask for a quote...
