Bluestacks: Infinite Loading

Question

Hi!  I have a problem; when I launch Blue stacks, I get an infinite loading screen and I can't do anything on the software!  If someone has solved this problem, that would be great :)  Thanks

I found a solution: you will press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select the Task Manager. Then go to the Processes tab and look for the processes that have HD in front of them. Stop those processes and then launch BlueStack.

idem, even in administrator mode the loading is infinite, the software worked once and since restarting the PC, it's impossible to operate despite a reinstallation.

Summary:

Endless loading time when launching Bluestack:
- Run as administrator
- Update your Nvidia graphics card to version 332.21
- Stop the "HD" processes in "Task Manager" and then "Processes"
- Disable your antivirus (bittender ...)

I haven't tried the graphics card yet.

As a reminder, Bluestack uses significant resources; with an integrated graphics card or less than 2GB of RAM, you will struggle, or it will simply be impossible.

It worked perfectly for me! But since my computer was shut down improperly, it has been stuck on an infinite loading screen despite reinstallations, etc. No one really has a solution :(

I just downloaded Bluestark from the official site, when I try to install it on my PC (WINDOWS 7) either by opening it with "Run as administrator" or not, in both cases it opens a window "Extraction Failed" with a red cross saying "Files is corrupt"! Does anyone have a solution please?

For those for whom no method works, as was my case, I simply restarted my computer, restarted Bluestacks, and it works without any issues.  Peace.

I have the same problem: before, everything worked perfectly, and now, bam, my computer crashes. I restart it and Bluestacks stays on "initializing". Help me!

I'm using Windows 7 and I believe I have the same problem as you. I'm trying to install BlueStacks that I downloaded from its official site, but here's what bothers me: during the installation, I can leave the computer on for 2 days and during these 2 days this image will never progress. I thought I had to uninstall and download another one, which I did, but nothing has changed. And now, it's been since 5 in the morning, it's 11 o'clock, and still nothing, and it can continue like this until tomorrow. Can someone help me? Thank you in advance.

I also have Windows 7, but it worked right away when I installed it. However, I had a problem later on with the graphics card updates. During the installation, the blue screen error message appeared and the PC restarted, then the software was stuck on initialization afterward.

So I deleted Bluestack and reinstalled the graphics card updates, then I reinstalled Bluestack.

It works perfectly now.

So make sure to update the graphics card, either the old version or the new one, then reinstall Bluestack.

Hello

I get this issue when I detach my computer screen (I'm on Windows 8) and when I reconnect the screen, after doing: same problem as you, infinite loading.
I found the solution for my case:
Go to the Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Delete) then in the Processes, from there, sort by name (by simply clicking on "name") and right-click then "End Task" on the processes starting with the word "bluestacks"; the icon in the bottom right for bluestacks (normally present in the hidden icons) should no longer appear.

Then all you have to do is launch the software and everything should be fine.

It's like restarting the computer (removing the bluestacks processes that were likely blocking, so that everything is clean for a new launch)

Be careful, it may not resolve your issue, as the cause is likely different from mine, but I hope to at least help a minority (:

I installed Bluestacks on my PC and it freezes at launch on "downloading game data", yet I know a bit about it but nothing seems to work..
I had it about a year ago and it worked perfectly fine on the same PC (Win 7 64-bit)

So if anyone comes up with a concrete answer, I'm all ears!!

I found that for Windows 8, you need to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select the Task Manager. Then go to Details, end the process that has the BlueStacks logo, launch BlueStacks, and restart your computer.

During the end of the installation, my PC shut down by itself with a blue screen, it said in English that Windows had shut down the PC due to hardware damage (brand new PC) and therefore to limit damage to the files. Is it related to Bluestacks?

I found that you can press ctrl+alt+delete to open the task manager and then stop the processor for all applications labeled as bluestacks.  I hope this helps you.

Hello everyone!! For those of you using Windows 7 64-bit, I have your solution!!!!   (Open your task manager) just do: ctrl+alt+"delete" then go to the services column and stop all the services; they are listed under "BstH" (I personally had three).; stop those "3" services, close the task manager, and relaunch your game or BlueStacks as an admin!!! ;) It worked well for me, good luck to you.

Hello everyone

I tried a few solutions, and the only one that worked for me is the one

where I enable the processes automatically via services.msc:

1- run => services.msc => look for bluestacks in the right pane

2- once found, right-click on each of the bluestacks services

3- click on properties, then in the startup type set it to automatic

close the window

I am on Windows 10, I also changed the compatibility of the bluestacks application

1- right-click on the application => properties => compatibility => compatibility mode

(I chose Windows 8) => then I checked the box just below

run this program as an administrator => apply then ok restart bluestacks.

Hi, if you're on Windows 10, Bluestacks 2 is not compatible with W10 but only with previous Windows versions (W7, WVista...). That's my case too and maybe yours. I think that's why it keeps loading infinitely. If you want to check, right-click on the BlueStacks icon, go to Properties and then Compatibility, where you can enable/disable it, but for me it didn't change anything.. That's the info, I hope I helped you. :)

I found a solution,
when the BlueStacks loading lasts, click on the small settings logo in BlueStacks at the top right of the window and click restart, it worked for me the first time.
