Hello, this morning when I turned on my Philips 22pfl3405h TV, the red LED turned off (normal) but the screen remains black. What is the problem? What should I do?

Hello,
We invite you to try these various actions, as they may resolve your issue:
- Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet. Wait a minute, then plug it back in.
- Ensure that the power cable is properly connected.
- Check that the antenna is properly connected to the television.
- Ensure that the correct device is selected as the display source (Using the source button on your remote, press it several times until an image appears)
- Make sure that the appropriate external device or source is connected correctly.
Also, ensure that your remote control is functional:
- Check that the batteries in the remote are not weak or depleted. Ensure they are inserted the correct way (+/-).
- Clean the remote and the television sensor.
