WiFi issues on Logicom tablet

Good evening....
A friend of mine has a Wi-Fi connection problem with a new tablet, the Logicom 950: at his place, his laptop connects both to SFR FON and to the secure network of his Neufbox, but the tablet finds the same networks, searches, then "authentication error"!
I take his tablet to my place (Neufbox as well) and it connects instantly to my 2 networks!
My tablet, which works perfectly at my place, does the same thing as his at his place!
The tablets find that the Wi-Fi is encrypted in WPA/WPA2/PSK... I don't know much about that!
SFR is keeping him on hold over the phone, it's inextricable....if anyone has an idea, unless it’s to tell me that his box has a problem...but since the laptop works...?!

PS: I entered the 20-character code at least 10 times on each, in lowercase and 1 digit, code taken from his manual where it is printed originally and in a very readable way!
Configuration: W98se, XP SP2, VISTA HOME PREMIUM and SEVEN INTEGRALE

Final response... this will give you a break: like an idiot, I (and my buddy too!!!!) put l's instead of i's, but to see the difference, whether it's on the box or on the box booklet... even though it was printed, I should have known.....!!!!
