Hello,

I have a problem with a Samsung LCD TV LE32B450. When I turn it on, the channels scroll by themselves, and I can't select a channel either with the remote control or with the buttons on the TV. I also removed the batteries from the remote control, and it's still the same. I can't access the menu to reset the TV to "factory" settings by pressing INFO, then MENU, and finally POWER; nothing happens.
If anyone has any idea what the problem might be, I would appreciate it.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows 8

Disassemble the back of the TV and unplug the keyboard cable, now it works again with the remote control.

See you!

Hello specialists, bravo and a big thank you for the help you provide to the "Nobodies" that we are.
I also had the list of channels constantly scrolling. After ruling out the remote control, I followed your advice and disconnected the keyboard. Great, the problem is solved, well almost............
A forum expert advises going to reattach the sensor, but it requires disassembling everything, so before that I tried troubleshooting the keyboard, but now it's impossible to save the changes made to the contrast or brightness. The same issue occurs when trying to permanently delete the melody on startup or shutdown. Could there be a cause-and-effect relationship since I disconnected the keyboard?
If I need to replace the keyboard or the board it’s connected to, where can I find spare parts (online)?
Or should I just go reattach the sensor??????

My TV: LE19B541C4W Type LE19B541
Thank you in advance.
