There are plenty of people online who have this problem with different TV brands. They say that you have to disconnect a connection cable for the TV

to work only with the remote control, but I don't know which cable to unplug and especially the color of the cable.

but the soundbar immediately goes up to 100. I removed the batteries from the remote control but nothing did the trick.

I don't see anything about this, but remove the batteries from your remote and manually adjust the volume on your TV to see if it's stable!!

Hi,
to be honest, I don't see it.
I experienced this phenomenon in 1978 when my parents bought one of the first Sony TVs with a remote control.
The channels and sound changed by themselves. Back then, there weren't so many interference waves. Even then, we never found the problem.
Maybe interference waves??!!!
