Do you have devices connected to your television (decoder, DVD player, etc.)?
We invite you to try the following steps:
- Check that the antenna is properly connected to the television.
- Check that the appropriate device is selected as the source.
- Check that the external device or source is properly connected.
- Check that the image settings are properly configured.
