Hello,

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix the black screen issue on my TV.

The picture and sound continue to work. Fault (sporadic) lasting from a few minutes to a few hours.

    Hello,

    It must be said that this is mostly a guessing game... the causes can be numerous... But to guess the right one, you need a crystal ball...

    For example, it could be the backlight of the panel that's faulty... one or two or more LEDs in short circuit can cause this... The LED power supply block too... dust, heat, a soldering issue..??? etc..
