Hello,
I have a problem with my computer; it often displays a blue screen with white text. Yesterday, I couldn't start it; it showed a startup repair window, and the search for solutions lasted more than 24 hours. Is that normal? Should I wait longer or try to repair it with a Windows Vista CD? Can you please help me? All my work is on this computer, along with photos of my baby, which I value a lot. I'm afraid of losing everything.

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 31.0.1650.57

    Hello

    You're just going in circles.

The best way to lose data (doc/photo/video)
is to leave it on its hard drive. That's what's happening to you right now.

Start by tapping the F8 or F5 key as soon as your screen lights up.

Choose the line "Last known good configuration."
