Hello,
Yesterday, I forced my Windows 10 computer to shut down because it was unable to turn off normally.
This morning, it is slower than usual to start but does open Windows. I run a cleanup with Ccleaner and a notification warns me that there is a problem with the drive and offers me to restart or wait.
I restart and for over an hour my PC has been stuck on analyzing and repairing the C drive.
I saw on other forums that it was suggested to boot in safe mode to recover data. Is there no way to solve this problem? My PC was working fine before the restart.
Thank you in advance for your help
Configuration: Android / Chrome 68.0.3440.91

Hello,
If your computer is proposing a scan and repair of the C drive, it means that it is likely damaged.
It will then attempt to solve the problem on its own, which may take some time depending on the capacity of your C drive. For example, if it is 500 gigabytes, it may take more than 2 hours.
Feel free to provide a photo of the screen you are currently on.
