What is broadband connection (in mb/s)

Hello, I would like to know at what point we can say we are in high speed. As for me, I have 0.5/0.6 megabytes, how am I considered low or high speed?

    The definition of broadband varies considerably from country to country. In the United States, a speed greater than 4 megabits per second downstream and 1 megabit per second upstream. In Canada, a speed greater than 1.5 megabits per second. In Japan, a speed greater than 100 megabits per second (equivalent to very high speed).
    For the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), a speed greater than 256 kilobits per second.

      Think more about moving, it will be safer… than getting depressed, especially since there's really no reason to.
      On the telephone lines, the first speed limitation is their length.
      I still see ADSL connections at 320K on some business accesses.
