I had the same problem. I sent a message to someone, and I got this back too, even though I could write to them just fine before. I wonder if the person might have put me in their spam folder. Is that possible? And are you absolutely sure that this message is bounced back because the recipient has changed their address? Because if someone decides to change their address, their old inbox still works, and I really don’t see how MSN would understand that they no longer wish to use it.

In my opinion, if it had been placed in the spam folder, the email would have arrived and been placed in the "spam" folder if it exists. Absolutely certain, I don't know the whole system, but it only takes a connection problem and the email is returned. Send another email and see if the problem still exists... If that's the case, it means your recipient has an issue with their mailbox.
