[Hotmail] Email return - mailbox unavailable

Good evening,

I sent 3 emails from Hotmail to the same person at their 3 different Hotmail accounts.
(I initially tried on only one, but it seemed impossible that this person would delete their MSN account)

I received this bounce-back email:

Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed.

With the details...:

Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

followed by the list of addresses...

So,
I saw that this could mean the email box is non-existent... which I would find hard to believe in this specific case for various reasons..

Moreover, a friend tested with 2 of the 3 emails she has... on the 2 emails, she only got one bounce-back (there was only one address where the email was bounced back.)

---

Upon checking, simply blocking someone does not prevent the receipt of emails..

I am not removed from this person's contact list:

With the "remove" method grayed out or bold in the privacy tab.

Is there a way to resend emails, from Hotmail to a specific person/address?
(without having to dig through the depths of the Hotmail account options)

So thank you in advance to anyone who can enlighten me.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

Thank you for responding to me.

Yes, the accounts do exist... (by the way, if they were deleted, would they still be visible in our contact list?)
To be seen as a spammer? I only use emails very rarely... I use chat windows the rest of the time...

I've tried 3 times, on an address to which I was really keen on sending an email but well... still the same message, but my friend who also tried with her account hasn't received a return email at that address...

So I’m wondering if it comes from the option

Options > Allowed and blocked senders > Blocked senders

Block the senders from whom you do not wish to receive email messages so that they are deleted directly.

Does this simply delete the message for the recipient, or does it bounce back to the sender? :/
