Hello,
When I receive a PPS attachment by email and click on it, my PowerPoint software opens in the taskbar. After that, I can't display it in full screen and I'm forced to go through Ctrl Alt Delete to close the software in question.
By going through "save attachment" and then clicking on the file in question, the problem remains
I'm forced to open PowerPoint and select "file" then "open" to view the attachment.
OS: Windows XP SP 2
Office XP
Avast for antivirus
Zone Alarm for the firewall
Incredimail for receiving and sending
If you have any insight, please enlighten me.

I've found the source of the problem.
In fact, I need to change the display settings. My Nvidia card is configured for DUAL VIEW (monitor + TV), which is why every time I wanted to open a PPS attachment, the display would go to the taskbar. The slideshows are set up for playback on a single monitor. I have now configured my Nvidia card for a single monitor, and it works perfectly.
Problem solved.
Thank you.

Good evening Bourougne
Have you saved the PPS on your hard drive?
You need to save it, and after clicking on it, it should open.
Have a nice evening and a good weekend

My attached file in pps is saved on the hard drive.
I uninstalled and reinstalled PowerPoint, but it doesn’t change anything.
When I go through the Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs, and once I select PowerPoint, I want to repair it, but it shows me the following error message: error 25090
It concerns an open engine file and it asks me to look for the file ose.exe
