How to get rid of TrayApp

Hello, At startup (under Vista) Windows absolutely wants to open TrayApp to install an untraceable component... HOW can I get rid of this TrayApp?

YES, last night, and quite curiously, it’s working again! It’s hard to understand. But the small TrayApp rectangle continues to pop up in the middle of the screen; we can work with it, I move it to the bottom left, but it would be better if it didn’t appear at all. So back to square one: how do I get rid of this TrayApp message that automatically shows up as soon as I turn on the computer?

YES, it is actually due to a connection problem between the computer and the printer that the issue appeared. I contacted HP's AV service, which sent me several links to fixes that did not change much. For now, I have a TrayApp reminder that shows up in the middle of the screen as soon as I open my computer. How do I remove it?

Download this --> utility and install it as administrator.  Go to start All programs Right-click on --> windows installer cleanup Choose --> run as administrator Launch it  Select one box at a time, everything related to the printer. Click on remove.  Restart the PC. Run CCleaner for a good cleanup. For using CCleaner, check this --> tutorial   Install the printer.  -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

After downloading the utility, my computer says: "Unable to find the script engine "VBScript" for the script "C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP001.TMP\StartMsi.vbs".
