My session won’t open, my password is correct.

Question

Hello,since last night, I can no longer access my session; the user account won't open. My daughter has a session, so I can fortunately check my email through her session, but I would really like to access mine because I have all my bookmarks, photos, favorites, etc...What should I do please help me, but be careful, I'm not very good with computers.Best regards to all the net saviors for lost souls like me ;-)    Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 10.0

Hello, I have a problem. I turn on my computer, enter the password, click on enter, and a message displays like this: "User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." I click on OK, the session closes, and it restarts, and the same thing happens. I don't know why. Please help me.

What happens on the PC when you say "it doesn't open"?

Have you tried starting the PC in safe mode?
To start it in safe mode, turn it on and during startup you "tap" by pressing the F8 key multiple times. Until a screen appears asking how you want to start the PC, choose "safe mode" with the arrow keys on your keyboard; normally, your session should open. If it does, turn off the PC properly and restart it to see if that changed anything. If in this mode your session still doesn't open, there's really an issue, and in that case, the best thing would be to delete the session and create a new one.

Go to your daughter's session, and in the workstation (sorry if this isn't the right place, I'm doing this from memory), in the hard drive (:C) you will find "users", well I believe it was like that on XP. From there, you can access your session, your folders, your files that are in your session. Retrieve all of them.

Then in the control panel, delete your session and create a new one, and put everything you recovered into it.

I think you can do this if you really have no other solution!

I had the same problem as you. Just turn on your PC, and when you see "Press ESC" at the bottom left, press Escape. I pressed F11, and it brought up an assistant, and I went to System Restore. You might lose a few files, I think, but personally, I prefer losing files than the whole computer. I hope my answer helped you. Have a good evening.
