Boulanger Warranty 3ds Dead Pixel

Question

Hello, a month ago I bought a 3DS XL with a 1-year warranty at Boulanger. Now it has a dead pixel on the top screen (a tiny pixel visible on a black screen). Does the 1-year warranty cover this issue at Boulanger?

P.S.: I also have some brown spots on the screen.

Hello, you’re going to Boulanger, to customer service, and it’s a technical issue that you’re not responsible for, you say that you never dropped it and the problem occurred 5 minutes after turning it on, and it’s all good :-)
A small risk of paying between €20 and €40, but if you do what I say, it’s all good.
