Hello, I can't exit the site "impot.gouv.fr" to open another file on the same site. It keeps logging me back into the file I want to close, and I have to restart my computer every time. Has anyone found a solution??? Thanks in advance.

Normally, by clearing your browser history it should work.

Thank you so much, I tried to clear the history, to fiddle around everywhere, and as soon as I reopen impot.gouv, I click on the "professional" link, and I end up back on the last opened file. I then have to open a new session, but on Internet Explorer, which, in fact, has no "memory." However, even if I close the file on Internet Explorer, I have the same issue as on Mozilla, which makes me think that it's impot.gouv that has a problem...

Hello.

Indeed, the site has some shortcomings. To work around this issue, you can configure one of your browsers to clear all caches, cookies, etc., upon closing, which will save you from having to restart your computer.

Since you can connect to a different page after a restart, I think this is related to the cookies.

Or perhaps every time you restart your PC, you're changing your IP.

Ah, excuse me for the second post.
Oh, do you have Advanced SystemCare 6?

Hello, I just encountered the same issue as a "user", but it actually seems to be due to the fact that there is no "logout" button on this site, you can only close it but not log out, which is annoying and not very secure...

Hi,
Let's try this:
1) - Open Firefox.
2) - Go to Options.
3) - Choose the "General" tab.
4) - In the "Home page" field, write the page you want to have as your home page (in the format www.http//ThePageNameYouWantToHave.comOr.Something, meaning the page you want to see as soon as you launch Firefox).
5) - Click "Ok".
Keep me updated please. Good luck.

PS: Normally, you should have "impot.gouv.fr" in the field I mentioned. Otherwise, thanks for the further explanations... ;)

Hello tafratat. When I look at the homepage, it's Google, the page I want. It doesn't seem to have any impact on the "impot.gouv" issue, which keeps popping up with the last opened document. To resolve it, I have to restart the computer, as just closing and reopening the browser doesn't work...
Thank you.

Good evening terrelune21,
You're talking about DOSSIER, which means for example your documents? So, it's not your browser, is that right? Keep it up.

Uninstall all your browsers and reinstall the browser of your choice. If it persists, I don't see any other solution but to format your PC.
