Virus / Infection que faire ?

Bonjour,

Donc voilà , en étant nulle en informatique , j'ai besoin de votre aide s'il vous plait ;) .
Alors enfait J'ai un problème sur mon portable ( Sony Vaio , win 7 ) , donc je m'explique . Avast m'a demandé de faire un scan car j'ai un virus ou plusieurs. ( Par exemple , Je ne plus ouvrir certains programme comme Vaio gate ou je ne trouve plus mon Vaio care , je ne sais pas si c'est lié ou pas ...)

Bref , après avoir fait un scan , j'ai essayé de ''réparer'' ( ça n'avait pas marché ) donc j'ai mis les fichiers infectés en quarantaine car j'avais peur en les supprimant ça pourrait aggraver la situation.

( Par la suite je suis allée sur le site d 'avast pour voir le dernier élément infecté )

Bonjour , donc j'ai fait comme t'as dit . Par la suite j'ai quand même fait un un scan minutieux et un scan au démarrage et il dit qu'il y a '' un virus trouvé'' ... et des fichiers infectés :S ( Avec Avast )

desinstalle zhpdiag

relance et desinstalle adwcleaner on va passer la dernière

Télécharge et enregistre (lien direct) ADWCleaner sur ton bureau :

attends que la fenetre de confirmation de telechargement arrive

Lance le,(Pour vista/7/8 => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur")

clique sur suppression et poste C:\Adwcleaner[Sx].txt

salut telecharge adwcleaner dispo ici : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/2759-adwcleaner/ lance le et fait recherche puis suppression
et poste le rapport qu'il te donne au redemarrage stp

et aussi telecharge malwarebytes dispo ici : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/ installe le fait la mise a jour et lance une recherche complete
+/- 2h selon les pc puis poste le rapport stp.

bien maintenant telecharge malwarebytes dispo ici : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/ installe le fait la mise a jour et lance une recherche complete
+/- 2h selon les pc puis poste le rapport stp.

refais un scan complet avec malwarebytes , après mise à jour et supprime TOUT ce qu il trouve

Vraiment merci beaucoup ! Depuis le dernier le scan avec malwarebytes , j'ai plus de problème. Avast ne détecte plus de virus Et mon ordi est plus rapide qu'avant .

Bonjourr , alors j'ai fait comme t'as dit le ''ménage'' ;) . Je suis entrain de lire les recommandations et tous sur ton site , qui est très bien expliqué ! Mon ordi il est devenu hyper rapide , c'est bizarre .
J'ai appris pleins de choses , dans le futur je ferai très attention , proomis ahaha
