Hello, so here I am on vacation and as usual, I took my waterproof iPhone case to go underwater. It was a bit broken, and I quickly got it repaired, but when I went into the water, water got inside it. I quickly noticed that and took it out, dried it, asked for rice, first there was the Apple logo, then I managed to turn it off, but the camera flash remains on even though the iPhone is off. There's also condensation on the camera lens. What else can I do? Why is the flash still on? Thanks for your replies.

In all the articles that talk about putting the iPhone in a bag of rice to dry it, they mention leaving it for at least 36 hours. How long did you leave it?
I am facing the same problem with my iPhone 4S after a brief dip in water. Everything works correctly except for this constant dim light from the flash that has been on for 3 days after being put in rice. Please respond to us, apart from changing the camera flash module, I don't know of any other solution, and I don't really want to open my iPhone for now (I don't have the right tools).
