IPhone dropped in water: touchscreen issue

Hello,

I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, I immediately "fished" it out and dried it with a hairdryer (as far away as possible so as not to burn everything!).
Everything seems to be working except for ... the touchscreen!! I can receive calls (the ringtone works) and texts, I can charge it, all the buttons seem to work as well but I can no longer use the screen! I tried the lock button + home button but it doesn't work...
From time to time a message appears telling me that a device is not compatible with the iPhone and suggests activating airplane mode to reduce radio waves (or something like that),
the "turn off screen" option also appears now and then! This happened half an hour ago... should I wait a bit longer? Should I dry it more??
What should I do?

    same problem my iPhone fell in water I put it to dry it turns on but the screen is all white I can hear incoming calls and messages but the screen remains white and I can't respond when I connect it to the computer it recognizes it I don't know what to do anymore

      I’m exactly in the same situation!! Same symptom. Have you found a solution?

      I also dropped my iPhone in water since Friday, even dried it and put it in rice but nothing works. The screen remains black; sometimes I see the Apple logo very faintly or the battery which is red but won't charge. However, when I plug it in, it makes the sound like before. Please help me.

      My iPhone fell into water, but the sound no longer worked. Then I put it in a bag of rice to dry it, and my sound started working again, but my HOME button no longer works.
