Purchase of a battery batteries-boutique

Hello,
I bought a battery for my laptop from http://www.batteries-boutique.fr/

Unfortunately, the site is domiciled in Singapore and I was charged on my account by someone named Zhang Zheng Li.

I suppose it's too late to cancel the payment, so I would like to know if this site is at least reliable, if we do receive our package and if everything works.

Have you ever received any feedback?
I still haven't received an email from the site indicating that my order has been shipped.

    Big scam from this site Battery de Li Zhang Zheng.
    Defective battery, and it doesn't hold the charge, avoid it.

      Same, it's about scammers sending defective batteries, via Holland, they don't work but they then offer to send you part of the money you paid. One time they ask you to take photos of the battery, send it back, pay again, etc. PayPal becomes complicit in this scam because they ask you to return a battery worth 42 euros; the tracked shipping cost me 26 euros out of my pocket. I leave it to you to calculate what is left for me on a 42 euro battery. PayPal reimburses me 16 euros despite my warnings! This is a scam to spread widely!

      Hello, I confirm that this site is a big scam. Indeed, for me too, the battery I ordered lasts no more than an hour. I was initially advised to charge it several times for 12 hours and everything would be fine. That is a big lie. In response to my refund request, I was offered to return the battery at my own expense (!) to check where the error is coming from. Obviously, I did not do that. I reiterated my refund request and have received no response... I will reach out to a consumer protection organization.

      I confirm I encountered the same issue as you: the battery that won't charge. They propose sending the battery back to you by registered mail at your expense and refuse reimbursement via PayPal. By the way, I don't understand why PayPal supports deceptive websites that claim to be based in France while these sites are actually Chinese.

      I had the same thing happen to me, and the worst part is that I sent the battery back but received nothing in return, neither a refund nor a new battery. I've been fighting since November to get something, but still nothing. It's exhausting!

    On August 25, I ordered a transformer for my PC. The payment was processed without any issues. Not receiving anything, I filed a complaint, which was immediately followed by a dilatory response; for every message I sent, I received the same kind of reply. Ultimately, by September 21, I still had not received anything; this site is highly not recommended.

      For my part, I confirm that this site is not recommended.

      I received my portable microphone battery one month after my order, which was charged on the same day with several follow-ups.
      Then I received the invoice a month and a half later, again after several follow-ups.
      And finally, the duration of the warranty is not mentioned on the invoice.
      Once again, several follow-ups.....they no longer respond.

    I ordered a battery in December, received it on time in January, it worked very well for a month until I removed it just once... since then, it's impossible to reconnect it (the computer detects it but does not charge it and cannot draw power from it)... it seems defective!!

    The website www.batteries-boutique.fr is a real scam!! If you made a purchase via PayPal, contact their customer service as they can block the payment within 45 days after the purchase. Beware, the seller will contact you to ask for the dispute to be removed so they can deliver another battery because, of course, the first one is "stuck" at customs... DO NOT REMOVE the dispute, otherwise PayPal cannot reopen a dispute and the seller gets paid. In any case, I reported it to PayPal, who seems ready to take action against this site...

    I just want to share my experience: I ordered a battery for my Toshiba on this same site on September 29, the name of the debtor is also "Li Zhang Zheng," and... February 1, more than 4 months later, still nothing received and no sign of life.
    Absolutely to be avoided.

      I ordered a battery for my HP laptop yesterday. What surprised me is that I didn't have to create an account for my purchase on this e-commerce site, and I was immediately redirected to the Paypal payment site!
      Fine, I proceeded, but afterwards, I received no email confirmation of the order from the e-commerce site, just one from Paypal for the payment.
      This morning, still nothing, no email regarding my order, which should have been sent immediately by the online sales system.
      Out of concern, I did a search and came across this post! So this morning, I contacted Paypal, explained the issue, and immediately a dispute was opened without hesitation.
      The result of the operation is that the amount is on hold, and the seller is required to respond; if nothing happens in 11 days, the amount will be refunded to me.

      What surprises me in the history of this issue is that no one mentions "opening a dispute"!

      I ordered 2 batteries on January 29th, and out of the two, one does not work. I'm having trouble getting a refund. They tell me that the return would be too expensive and are offering to send a replacement battery, but I would have to pay the shipping fee of €18. Of course, that's a no. To be continued.

    Good evening,

    I ordered a battery for my HP laptop ...

    Like others, I was surprised not to have to create accounts,
    just PayPal email... and discovering the real sender.

    I received my battery within 7 days,
    It seems to have the mandatory logos (but in China, an original can be a copy, a decal...)
    There’s even the Quality test sticker....

    What intrigues me is that this label has the same "V" for validation, as the "v" on the shipping slip (indicating a dangerous product) for the post, checked in several boxes...

    I wonder if there’s a little Chinese guy (in France) in an apartment with 10,000 batteries, doing the QC, packaging, and shipping

    Anyway,

    I installed the new battery without any issues, and the charging and battery life is good (for the past 2 days)

    But after reading this Forum, I decided to remove this battery,
    for fear of short circuits, explosions, malfunctions,...
    Too bad for the €30

    I received it after three weeks phew
    the payment was made on the same day as the order !!!!!!
    the battery is two months old and it no longer holds a charge !!!
    this site is strongly to be discouraged
    I paid 49.50 euros for it and I'm sitting on it !!!

    The same circus is starting again with the site www.globale-batterie.be. The name of
    li zhang zheng only appears after payment of the invoice via PayPal.
    Battery PAU3536U-1BRS of 7800Am/h at 39.99 euros plus 5.99 euros for shipping
    fees. This site is listed in the various links at the bottom of the page on Amazon.fr.

        Global Battery has refused my suggestion to receive a refund of the total invoice minus 15 euros due to poor performance, which lasts only two hours even while surfing, and then the laptop goes to sleep from lack of power. They require me to send the battery back to Shenzhen in China for testing, when this battery was sent from Germany. There's no point in deluding ourselves,
        such a return to China via UPS or similar would cost me around 35 euros out of pocket, which is therefore
        unacceptable. It's a shame that PayPal works with such companies. For my part, I see
        no favorable outcome possible. There is a website where you can find recommended and not recommended laptop battery sellers. To be searched via Google.

    I ordered a battery > • NTB065 LI ION 10.8V
    supposed to be long-lasting for my Toshiba Satellite.
    The battery sent lasted only one hour.
    After my complaint, a new battery was sent to me, which lasts even less today.
    I am being asked to return the battery to China at my expense to "test the defective item by our engineers." I do not agree to pay several dozen euros when this product has already been paid for.
    Since then, I have followed up twice and THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE.
    Was my payment complete? defective? NO.
    So I am still waiting for a functioning product and, in this case, to check my product, a prepaid UPS return label from the supplier BATTERIE BOUTIQUE, the only responsible party for the defective product
    I find this supplier to be quite unprofessional in solving issues.
    I will no longer buy from China / cheaper but with unsatisfactory service
    I strongly advise against BATTERIES BOUTIQUE
