Hello,
I know someone who has a problem with his tablet. It's a Chinese tablet and it won't turn on. After starting, the Android robot appears and then it gets stuck on the Android name.

Hi,
if it's not a failure that is blocking the startup, you can try doing a "Reset"!
Look at this image, you should have on your tablet a hole similar in size to a paperclip that conceals a switch; pressing it should restart your tablet.
With the precise model, we could also advise you on how to perform a reset, but in that case, you would lose everything that has been added to your tablet since you received it!
