Asus Transformer TF300 Keyboard Issue

Hello,

I recently bought an Asus Transformer TF300 tablet with the keyboard dock.
I have a problem with this keyboard.

Indeed, most of the time it "bugs" and I can't type the A, Z, R, Y, U, O keys.
It even swapped some characters around as if the keyboard had switched to QWERTY,
but the same keys that didn't work in AZERTY still don't work...

I restored the tablet thinking I might have missed a step. But once done, while carefully following the startup instructions, the keys are still stuck.

Does anyone have a solution?

Hello. Same issue. Back to DART who resets the tablet. A month later it starts again.

In case of a keyboard malfunction, how to connect the keyboard dock to the ASUS T300 CHI tablet
• Prerequisites: The keyboard battery must be charged by connecting it via a mini USB cable to the tablet itself, which should be charged or powered. Wait for the keyboard battery status LED to light up in white, indicating it is charged.
• By toggling the switch at the top left of the keyboard, turn on its Bluetooth connection (a blue LED should blink).
• On the tablet, click on the speech bubble icon at the bottom right next to the Windows 10 clock.
• Click on the Bluetooth tile to highlight it. Right-click on the tile and select "Go to settings."
• An icon with the name of the ASUS keyboard should now be visible. Left-click on this icon and click the "Pair" button.
• In the window that opens, click on "or try entering the PIN code below"
• An 8-digit PIN code will appear.
• Quickly type it using the number keys on the keyboard (no need to capitalize) and press ENTER.
• Wait a few seconds for the keyboard and tablet to pair. The keyboard and the keyboard's touchpad are now functioning.

Thank you, Ramast! Thanks to you, I was able to connect my keyboard. Just to clarify: it's indeed on the keyboard that you need to enter the PIN code (I was desperately trying on the tablet).
