Problème de rotation d'écran sur une tablette

Hello everyone! I don't understand why my screen no longer rotates depending on how I hold it! There's only one possible orientation (the default one where the camera is at the top). Do you have any idea what's going on?

I also want to specify that when I turn on the screen, the rotation works but when I touch the screen to get to the "home" of my tablet, it goes back to the default orientation (camera at the top)
It's a Galaxy Note 10 3G tablet
I looked a bit in the settings, the screen rotation is greyed out and I can't check or uncheck the box anymore

    Is the "energy-saving" mode active? And are the movements enabled in the settings?

    energy saving mode and movements both are active and even if I deactivate them nothing happens and the screen still remains large with the webcam at the top

    yes, the energy-saving mode is active, but I do not see the movements on the list in the settings.
