Modification Header en php

Bonjour,
j'écris car j'essaye de m'entrainer sur WordPress et je créer un thème de nom creationtheme où j'ai juste un header. php, un style.css, un footer un index et un sidebar, je suis les instructions du site http://www.fran6art.com/tutoriels/creation-theme-wordpress-tutorial-7-introduction-au-loop-wordpress/, pour l'instant j'ai rempli l'index et je n'ai pas de problème avec lui il affiche ce que je veux, par contre, dans le header, tout s'affiche quand je prévisualise mon thème; je vous copie mon header (tout s'affiche en fait):
