Unable to start, endless repair attempts

Hello,
I'm reaching out to the community because I'm having a major issue with my MSI GE70 running Windows 8 64-bit.
I'm stuck on a page saying "Preparing Automatic Repair," then "Diagnosing your PC," and then "Repair attempts" which has been running for 3 hours now. I cannot access advanced startup options, the only key that works at startup is Delete.
An error sometimes displays for a few seconds before "Diagnosing your PC": 0xc000021a
I can't reinstall the OS because I didn't receive any Windows 8 installation CDs with my PC. The problem occurred 3 days after purchase, and I suspect it's due to the installation of incompatible software.
The PC is completely blocked, thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this..
