Audio cut on television

Good evening everyone,
I have a problem with my Tuscon television, the sound works and then cuts out with a small noise, I have to turn off the TV to turn it back on and the sound returns, 4/5 times during the movie...!
Can anyone help me?

what type of connection do you have (SCART or HDMI)?

Have you tried plugging your box into another TV? Or switching the TV and box cables?
