Hello,
I have a form to send by email, and I need to put a passport photo on this form. The document is in Word, and I plan to take passport photos outside, but how can I save the "paper photo" on my computer and insert it into the Word document? It is extremely urgent; if someone could reply (which doesn't happen often for me on this site), I would be eternally grateful.
Thanks in advance.

Hello
Madmyke is right, you don't need a professional photo, through email you won't even see the difference
If you insist on getting it done by a pro and you don't have a scan, backup solution: ask the photographer to send you a copy to your email, if he is a good merchant he won't refuse
You can also ask at the town hall
or see among your friends or at your workplace if someone can help you out with this little service ;)

Hello
If these are not official documents, like ID cards, but more company/employer documents or other forms for private matters, an ID photo is just a simple picture of your face with your neck.
There is no need to take official ID photos, which must adhere to strict formats and come with a "fee."
You can borrow (or if you have one) a camera, take a photo of yourself smiling (but not too much) and easily integrate it into your document (form). That will work perfectly.

DESCRIBE your problem in DETAIL, thank you! @Save the Earth! It's the only planet where we find chocolate!

Important yes, I don't doubt it, but official? As Nehel says, if it's in a Word document, it doesn't change much; a good frontal photo with a plain light background (off-white) will do just fine. There's no need to have this done by a photographer (of course, it's not forbidden either; photographers are professionals, don't forget that).
