Hello jfmarmotte08,
All you need to do is go to the website "www.idphotoland.com". There is a free flash application that allows you to upload a photo and then crop it with a template to comply with official standards. There are some corrections available, including one for red-eye. You can choose the number of photos you want, and all that's left is to download the generated sheet in jpeg format.
