Issue with Windows Boot Manager

Hello,

I have been experiencing a major problem with my laptop startup since yesterday. It's an ASUS K72F model running Windows 7 Home Premium.
When I turn it on, after a few seconds I get a black screen that displays the following information:

“Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.
ENTER=Continue ESC=Exit"

Important note: I have not installed or modified any hardware, nor have I installed any software on my PC.
So I tried the suggested method:

1st method without the installation DVD:
with ENTER, back to the first screen above
with ESC, back to the first screen above

2nd method with the installation DVD (which is the first of four created in advance by my assembler):
If I turn off the PC, I cannot open the DVD drive; therefore, after getting the initial error screen, I put DVD 1 into the drive, turn off the PC, and then restart it.
And then... back to the error screen! The boot does not start.

I then tried to create a bootable USB key with WINToBootic successfully.
The issue is that when I connect the USB key either before my PC starts or after my PC shows the error message, the boot does not start from the USB either.
What am I doing wrong? Should I intervene via the command line, and how?
I really need your help as I am not a technician and I cannot format my hard drive, which contains, among other things, more than ten thousand photos that I cannot lose.

Thank you very much in advance

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 21.0

Thank you for your help,

I pressed F9 and indeed I have the choice "Windows setup [EMS enabled]

If I choose this option which is supposed to fix it from the hidden partition of C, will I lose all the data on my D:\ partition?
