Hello, I am reaching out to you because I have a double question.
A company asked me to create an email address of the type hello@nomdusite.fr
So I thought I would go to the OVH website to do this. However, when I log into the account to create a new email address, a pop-up window opens stating "your product does not have this option activated / available."
However, the company already has several addresses of the type firstname@nomdusite.fr
But they do not know how these addresses were created.
This raises a second problem for me.
I would like to connect to one of these addresses (firstname@nomdusite.fr) via Mail on Mac, but to activate the messaging, I need the incoming server name (I thought of using pop.nomdusite.com but that doesn't work)
In short, I need your help.

Hello,
How many email accounts can you create with the plan you have at OVH? And how many have already been activated? Because if the maximum has already been reached, it makes sense that you cannot create another one.
As for the email account, I don't know, is there no information about that on OVH? I'm not with them, but on my host, there are help pages where all this kind of information is explained.
