Hello,
my printer's toner is empty, so I change it for another one.
I load the new toner into the printer, and my printer tells me to insert the toner chip, which I do, but my printer doesn't recognize this chip. "unknown chip"
When I bought my printer, I don't remember having inserted a chip card.
If anyone could help me? Thank you.

    Hello;

    Have you consulted the maintenance manual for this printer?
    The problem seems to be coming from the chip card supplied with the toner (not compatible with this machine??)
