Printing issue - Konica Minolta printer

Hello everyone,

I am reaching out regarding a printing issue with our Konica Minolta Bizhub C227 printer. We are experiencing printing problems. Indeed, random green and blue lines are appearing on our prints. Should we clean the print heads? If so, how should we go about it? Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello,

    It's more of a photocopier than a printer that also uses A3 format. Is the product still under warranty?

    Professional use suggests the involvement of a professional trained by the brand, as disassembly and repair of a defective printer requires skills in electromechanics and the ability to read the error messages listed in the manual.
