Error 21 (net::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED): A network change has occurred Solved

Question

Hello, for some time now, my internet access disconnects and reconnects without me understanding why. Scans have not changed anything. I have the message "Error 21 (net::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED): A network change has been detected." I have an HP laptop, Windows 7, and I use Google Chrome. I am not good with computers, so if someone replies, please do so as if talking to a 6-year-old! Thank you.

Hello..... Here is the solution.... the computer disables the Wi-Fi card to save battery....  To stop this nonsense: go to control panel.... device manager........ network adapters..... broadcom..... power management..... uncheck the box allowing the computer to "turn off this device" and restart the computer.....

Good evening, the problem is not really resolved but it gets a bit better when I systematically do the following, every time I log in with Google Chrome, also before shutting down the computer, but also when I can no longer access the internet and I get the error message (in that case I also restart the computer): - delete browsing data in "tools", - at the same time in "settings" check that "on startup open a page or set of pages" is set to "http://www.google.fr", and that "search, manage search engines" is set to "http://www.google.fr/search?q=%s". It’s a bit tedious to do this systematically, but I haven’t found any explanation for this error anywhere, neither in forums nor at Free who hasn’t responded to me, nor at Google Chrome, and this is the only solution I have found! hello, I had the same problem with my HP Pavilion on Win7 64, it took me 3 weeks to solve this issue, indeed you have to uncheck that in the task manager but for my part I also uninstalled Java and reinstalled it, then I updated Adobe Flash and it was good to go!!  Thanks
