Wot connection issue

Hello,

I installed WOT on my computer and when I log in it says "unable to connect to the server, the server may be unavailable or your network connection settings are wrong," but I can go on the internet so my connection works... I also installed it on another computer and I get the same issue.

Please help me, all my friends are playing except me :'(

    Hi, in case anyone is interested, it's the Windows firewall that's acting up.

      It connects well for me; it shows syncing from the garage, and then the app closes. Please help!

      Normally, no need.
      Have you tried changing the game's default port?

    You need to open the ports on your box, or ask the game to use port 80, which is often open.
    In the launcher, where the PLAY button is, click on the wrench icon and enter "80" in the port field.
    Try that, if not, you'll have to open the ports on your box or your router.
    You're on a bit of a special network, aren't you? Like a dormitory network?

      Otherwise, you need to enable UPnP in the box settings...

      Ask Google for how to do it ^^

    It's your box that's messing up; you need to get a more powerful one. I bought a new one and it works great now :)

      Yes, but no, it does the same for me because I changed computers (my router hasn't changed!), and it never worked on the new computer, so we might as well test it: how do we open the ports on the router, please?

      For me, it was in the Livebox settings, and I unchecked some boxes, now it works, good luck to you :)
