exactly Franck, I was able to fix it too and it works very well. Here are the steps with W7:
first, type in the search box REGEDIT, go to

CurrentControlSet
Services
TCPIP6
Parameters;
double click on
DisabledComponents
set the value to 0
close regedit
go to the device manager
disable and then re-enable the driver
and bingo, it goes away satisfied
thank you Frank

YES, thank you very much because now I solved the driver problem but I still don't have my internet connection... maybe there's a problem with my 3G USB key? My connection is excellent, the lights indicate the same thing but I can only get an internet connection for a few minutes..... I thought it was this driver that was causing the problem... thank you for your help.....

Hello,
I just followed the instructions above, Teredo disappears but I still can't access the Internet except to do a Google search, even though my Internet connection is properly detected. Do you have another idea?
Asus tells me that it's my box that is the problem while I have another PC that works just fine...
Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone, I'm new here, I've read the comments and apparently I'm not the only one with this big problem. I have a Toshiba Satellite running Windows 7, and ever since I uninstalled the parental controls on my son's computer, the Toshiba has blocked everything, I mean everything. For several days now, I've been struggling with the computer to find a solution. I've done the same things as mentioned above; even system restore is not working because of these two files: system registration and complus staging. The problem is that I can't connect via Ethernet either; it says the driver is missing. So if any of you have a solution for me to download the driver via a USB stick, I would appreciate it. I'm really desperate right now. Thank you in advance.

Hello Franck,
I think your description of regedit is incomplete; the tree of keys is missing.
As it stands, we cannot understand.

Hello,
Yes, but your other PC may not be running the same Windows..?
And you also need to assign it a DHCP IP in your router
Which may have been done for the working PC and not for this one.??
Because if you can access Google, you have access to the internet.

Hello Papou,
Normally, you should open another post..
- You say you are well connected to the internet... But impossible to go online...?? You should improve your communication because we don't really understand your situation.
- However, I noted that you have a yellow exclamation mark.. So, that needs to be addressed otherwise, it won't work... Is it in the device manager..?
- If yes, it's a missing or improperly installed driver.. So which driver..?
- You need to go to the manufacturer's website in "Support/Assistance" and download the drivers for your hardware, corresponding to your version of Windows.
... Now, if I misunderstood, the problem could also be elsewhere, but that yellow point is definitely one.

Hello, what I can try to do is to find the driver, so that you can reinstall it (Uninstalling drivers doesn’t help, it's better to let the system handle this kind of thing, while going to the HP site, or even better touslesdrivers.com to scan your machine with MaConfig, it’s completely free and harmless. In the meantime, I would like to have the configuration of your machine, it could help for the future

Hello Frank, and thank you for the work and help you provide. As for me, the problem is on a neighbor's computer. I've done some tests; it reads my external hard drive and appears in "This PC," but the USB drives don't appear in "This PC," only in the devices and printers. Like others, I can't find tcpip6 despite trying the maneuvers you've mentioned. She had major issues, and I've resolved everything except for this. I've returned her laptop so she can use it, but I would like to fix this Teredo issue... thank you.

What is your model..??
Brand Toshiba
Type Satellite
Model...XXXXXXXX ???
If anyone should have the drivers for a Toshiba... It’s Toshiba.

The model for the computer is a Satellite C870D-10K; my opinion would be a format, but without the restore CD I'm in trouble. I've done some research online, for example: my configuration through another computer, TLD, Microsoft and Wind, the Toshiba website, different forums, and I don’t remember how many videos on YouTube. In short, it's beyond me. But I'm sure someone has succeeded with the same problem, so there must be a solution. Anyway, I have no other option; if a technician, well no, I want to try to understand.

Hello,
The link to download the LAN driver was supposed to be this: http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/lan-20130917145928.zip
The Toshiba site.. https://fr.dynabook.com/support/businesslaptops/
I chose the C870D-11F model because the 10K is not listed on their site...?
This model was sold by Cdiscount... maybe contacting them..??
If it still doesn't work, we need to note the material identification number, so the network card in question... But do try what I gave you.
