Hello,

My printer is showing the error message: cleaning impossible 46. I saw on the forum that it's a problem with a full print head and that it needs to be purged. However, I can't access the maintenance. Thank you for your help.

    For those who might be interested: to enter the menu of the mfc 990cx, you need to press MENU + *2864. The process remains the same as for other printers thereafter.

    Error 46 relates to a full ink reservoir that needs to be replaced >> See this link
